Atlanta Motorized Screens is an authorized MagnaTrack™ dealer installing motorized retractable patio screens and porch screens across Vinings, from the estate lots along Paces Ferry Road and the Chattahoochee to Vinings Estates, Paces Ferry Heights, Mount Wilkinson, and the townhomes and condos around Vinings Jubilee and Cumberland. Vinings has the river on one side, Buckhead on the other, and some of the oldest hardwoods in Cobb County overhead. The problem is how few evenings a year the porch actually gets used:
A motorized retractable screen fixes all five, and when the evening is perfect, it disappears into its housing at the touch of a button. Every project starts with a free in-home consultation and is quoted line by line.
Which Vinings porches do they work on? All of them. Here is what each one calls for.
The homes along Paces Ferry Road, Paces Mill, Paces Lake, Paces View, Woodland Brook, Rivers Call, Chattahoochee Bluffs, and the wooded lots down to the river were built with serious covered outdoor rooms: outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, pool pavilions, and furniture that costs more than most porches. The river also delivers the worst mosquitoes in Cobb County right at dusk.

Vinings Estates, Paces Ferry Heights, Vinings Glen, Vinings Heights, Tanglewood, Brandy Station, Cochise, Carters Grove, Bakers Farm, Highgrove, Orchard Lake, Avignon at Vinings, and the Courtyards of Vinings pair big wooded lots with swim and tennis clubs. Porches here face the woods, and a full afternoon of sun comes through the trees once the leaves drop.

The townhomes, cluster homes, and condos around Vinings Jubilee, Mount Wilkinson Parkway, Cumberland, Akers Mill, One Vinings Mountain, Olde Ivy, the Preserve at Vinings Walk, Vinings Main, Vinings Central, Greystone at Vinings, and the Battery on Paces Ferry put you five minutes from Truist Park and the Galleria and twelve feet from a neighbor. Patios, balconies, and rooftop terraces here are smaller, closer, and often face west into the evening sun.

Any covered opening up to 30 feet wide and 20 feet tall, on the house or off it.
The classic Vinings back porch facing the woods or the river, screened for pollen and mosquitoes and open again the moment the weather turns nice.
Solar mesh over the grill and dining area for glare control and shade, without walling off the yard.
Privacy mesh on the lot-line side, insect mesh toward the water. The pool house becomes a second living room.
Motorized pergola screens turn an open frame into a usable room. Tracks mount to the posts; the housing tucks under the beam.
Door up, screen down. Airflow without an audience.
Vinings Jubilee, Cumberland, and the Battery patios that stay open through mosquito season and the first cold snap.
Under the Vinings canopy, screens down through March and April keep most of the yellow film off the furniture. Hose the mesh, not the cushions.
Insect mesh for the bugs off the river, solar mesh for the sun. Either way, dinner on the porch in August without the spray and without the glare.
Press a button and the screens retract completely. Nothing between you and October, or the Braves game on the porch TV.
Once the leaves are down and the sun comes through, clear vinyl seals the space and holds the heat from a patio heater or fireplace. The porch stays in service through January.

Yes. MagnaTrack's magnetic track is designed to flex under a gust and pull itself back into place instead of tearing out, which is the usual failure on zipper-track screens. The manufacturer recommends raising standard screens above 60 mph; the Defender series is rated for 24/7 deployment in Category 5 winds. Solar mesh blocks up to 85% of wind and rain when extended. More on the MagnaTrack system page.
We can't speak for any individual association, but the system is built for architectural review: housings and tracks are powder-coated in any RAL color to match your trim, the profile is slim, and the screens disappear completely when retracted. We provide product drawings and color specs you can submit with your application.
Both. Most of Vinings' housing stock is established, and face-mount tracks retrofit onto nearly any existing covered porch, patio, or pergola. On a new build or a major renovation, the housing and tracks can be recessed into the ceiling and columns so nothing is visible when the screens are up. Worth raising with your builder early.
Every project is custom fabricated to your openings, so pricing depends on the number of openings, their size, the mesh you choose, and the controls. We measure in person, walk through the options with samples, and leave an itemized quote that includes materials and installation. The consultation is free, with no deposit and no obligation.
About six weeks from order to shipment, since each screen is built to your exact measurements. Most projects install in a single day once the screens arrive. We give you a real date when we quote.
